If a digital proof is provided, it is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve it before assembly. Sweet Thingzz is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless there is a defect or error on our part.
